Thanks for your feedback. I used the down arrow on the menu bar on the top right. When I do that, I still get the same error message “something went wrong”. It is useless. Windows 10 photo app isn’t working properly. In windows 7, my Canon worked properly. After installing the Windows 10, it doesn’t recognise the camera.

When opening the photo app as per advice above, it popped up and disappeared for no reason.
