Until recently, Teams only allowed users to view the 4 last active participants in a video call. Bandwidth planning lets organizations estimate the bandwidth that will be required to support meetings across their wide area networks and internet links so they can confirm that the network is correctly provisioned to support a scaled out meeting service.
