Nab set up xero bank feeds

 

This article is for small businesses who use Xero. Add your bank accounts in Xero, check they’re eligible, then apply online or by application form. Everyday day-to-day accounts such as Personal transaction accounts and Business accounts. If you haven’t already, add your bank account in Xero. If this is the first time you’re setting up direct feeds online, you need to agree to the Setup Xero Bank Feeds terms and conditions.

Select the bank accounts you want direct feeds for, then click Share with Xero. Click Navigate to Xero. Select the Xero organisation and Xero bank account to assign to each feed. Click Connect. Complete an application form if you use NAB Connect, don’t have online banking or your accounts require multiple signatures. Download and complete a separate form for each organisation in Xero that you want a feed for. Make sure your signature matches the signature that NAB has in their system so they can process your application.

If you need two signatories on your accounts, make sure you include both on your application form. If you want your direct feed to start at a future date, please also note this date on your form. Your feed will start within 10 working days. You need to repeat these steps for each NAB credit card you want to transfer to a direct feed. In the Accounting menu, select Bank accounts. For the account you want to transfer, click Manage Account , then click Deactivate Feed.

Click Manage Account , then click Edit account details to change the name of the bank account. Click Save. On the Dashboard, click Get Bank Feeds , then apply for your feed online. When the direct feed starts, check that you don’t have any missing or duplicate transactions. If you do, manually import any missing transactions or delete any duplicates.
