Can’t Download Anything on a Windows 10 Computer [Solved]

Why cant i download anything when i am going to install a program?? I try to download Spotify and Chrome and many many more but i cant get it to work. The only thing that can connect to the internet is Edge. Windows 10 please helpp!!!!!!!!!! This is wht happens when i try to install Chrome Which Antivirus utility to do you have installed?
